A new national jobs report show companies lacked strong confidence in hiring for a third straight month. The national unemployment rate was stuck at 9.5 percent and private employers added a net total of only 71,000 jobs. Nebraska's July unemployment rates won't come out until the end of the month. But as Clay Masters reports the statistics can be misleading.
