Medicaid expansion could pressure the state budget

Changes to the state's Medicaid system under federal health care reform could add $766 million to the state's budget over the next 10 years. Governor Dave Heineman says it's an unsustainable mandate from the federal government. But supporters of the healthcare law say his numbers miss the point.
