Norfolk killer's lawyers say he should be exempt from death penalty because of mental retardation

An attorney for one of the men convicted in the notorious Norfolk bank slayings of 2002 argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court Wednesday that his client is mentally retarded and should NOT face execution. Sarah McCammon reports.
