The McKinley Bells will be heard from the church tower and broadcast into the Sanctuary prior to the concert and will be played by Brent Shaw.

Using authentic artifacts and costume, a day in the life of a Victorian lady unfolds, from breakfast through afternoon tea. By examining the social customs, dress, etiquette and decorative furnishings of the 1870s and '80s, audiences learn about the social conventions surrounding the organization of the household, the maintenance of social status and the role of etiquette in determining place in the Victorian-era community.

This is an event newer to the Norfolk Arts Center. It is every first Friday of the month. We will be hosting different musicians, artists, and there will be food and beverages provided. They start at 7 p.m. and go until 10 p.m. There will be one on March 6th, April 3rd, and May 1st. It is $10 for nonmembers and $5 for members of the Norfolk Arts Center.

The Gridiron Club of Lincoln has announced its 85th annual show with a thematic distress call for the city of Lincoln which is experiencing both a City Election and the Gridiron Show.
The show, for mature audiences only, will be Friday, May 1, at 7 p.m. at Howell Memorial Theatre in the Temple Building at 12th and R Streets. A social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with a cash bar and snacks.
