College World Series |
The University of Nebraska has fielded a baseball team for more than a century, but never qualified for the College World Series. Until now, that is. The Huskers earned a first-ever bid to the CWS with an exciting 9-6 Super Regional win over Rice. Although Nebraska made a quick exit from the CWS with close losses to Cal State Fullerton and Tulane, it will still be a season to remember for Husker hardball fans.
