Many of us have wanted to get in touch with an old teacher to let them know how they changed our life. After the state hired a new warden, Ramone dropped out of the headlines. That was good news. Recently he shared his story with “Statewide’s” Bill Kelly. It’s a story of how the prison system changed, and how that changed the life of one man.
