Secretary of State John Kerry is scheduled to give his first major foreign policy address at 11 a.m. ET Wednesday at University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va. You can watch the speech here live, and we'll continue to update this post with his remarks.

He said it will be the first in a series of reports to the American people about his discussions abroad.

Kerry was easily confirmed by the Senate in a 94-3 vote on Jan. 29.
